XTOM adopts blue narrow wavelength projection technology. CCD only accepts blue-light wavelength during scanning, avoiding the interference of ambient light, thus contributing to more accurate measurement data obtained. The high-brightness light source probe can quickly complete the measurement even for workpieces with poor surface quality.

XTOM can recognize changes in environmental conditions during the measurement process and compensate accordingly.     The horizontal and vertical multi-frequency phase shift coding grating projections effectively ensure the measurement accuracy of high curvature areas (such as edges).
