Blue-light technology

XTOM adopts blue narrow wavelength projection technology. CCD only accepts blue-light wavelength during scanning, avoiding the interference of ambient light, thus contributing to more accurate measurement data obtained. The high-brightness light source probe can quickly complete the measurement even for workpieces with poor surface quality.

Self-monitoring mechanism

XTOM can recognize changes in environmental conditions during the measurement process and compensate accordingly. In addition, the system will continuously monitor the calibration status, splicing accuracy, environmental changes and displacement changes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the measurement data.

Auto splicing

The software supports multiple splicing methods based on marking points, feature splicing and turntable, meeting the requirements of objects scanning under various working conditions.

Three-dimensional inspection module

The system comes with a three-dimensional detection module, which aligns the actual data with the theoretical model, displays the 3D deviation in the form of chromatogram, analyzes the deviation at any point and outputs a detailed inspection report.

Intelligent optimized grid

The grid data is directly output in a single scan. Meanwhile, the intelligent optimized grid technology is adopted to greatly reduce the space occupied by scanned data files while preserving details, save system resources and computing time and improve work efficiency.

Bidirectional raster scan

The horizontal and vertical multi-frequency phase shift coding grating projections effectively ensure the measurement accuracy of high curvature areas (such as edges).

Large format scanning solution
