Using micro/telecentric lens to measure 1-10mm micro field of view materials; The multi-lens stitching algorithm and global calibration optimization algorithm are developed to eliminate the error accumulation and solve the stitching step problem. Besides, we have solved the difficulty of measuring 0.5 level accuracy in the field of view greater than 600mm, and realizes the real-time measurement of 0.5 level accuracy in the field of view less than 1mm~1000mm.
