大型铸件三维扫描仪应用

案例背景

铸件的检测引起结构复杂性，特征多样性，使用传统接触式设备并不能有效完成检测工作，需要多次调整铸件位置才能完全检测。而且XTDP三维光学摄影测量系统，是一款非接触光学测量设备，通过相机拍照即可完成检测工作，又被称为移动式三坐标，精度达到0.015mm/m，不仅能够保证检测精度，而且设备易携，操作简单，可以在加工现场进行检测，大幅提升检测效率。

使用设备

XTDP三维光学摄影测量系统

测试过程

对被测物表面粘贴标志点，布置编码点和标尺，从多个角度对铸件进行拍照，计算出标志点的坐标，将点坐标与设计模型在GeomagicControlX软件中进行对比，设置对应的公差，即可得到相应的检测结果，最终输出检测报告。
