检测目的在1:1直升机旋翼塔上进行试验,测量旋翼桨叶在运动过程中的变形情况,及挥舞角、摆振角、扭转角等运动参数的解算。
检测方案
在桨叶表面粘贴标志点,将测量头、高亮光源及光电传感器放置于旋翼塔顶部,测量头采集桨叶旋转过程中的图像信息,高亮光源负责高速下的补光,传感器用于触发相机采集数据。

检测流程(1)桨叶表面粘贴标志点。(2)在旋翼塔顶部架设测量头、光源及传感器。(3)桨叶转动,传感器触发相机采集数据。(4)数据计算,分析挥舞角、摆振角、扭转角等运动参数。测量结果下图为桨叶在某种工况下的位移图,通过对位移值、坐标值的分析,进而解算出挥舞角、摆振角、扭转角的变化趋势,为桨叶的验证、设计提供依据。
