涡轮质量检测

案例背景

使用传统接触式检测手段检测涡轮，检测效率慢；检测数据量少，只能对有限个点进行检测；每次都要放在固定位置检测，操作不便；增加了检测成本。使用XTOM三维光学面扫描系统后可以快速的对涡轮表面进行整体扫描，将扫描结果和CAD模型进行对比，即可检测涡轮表面所有的数据，测量结果丰富，精确。

使用设备

XTOM-ET 6M三维光学面扫描系统

测试过程

对涡轮表面进行处理，喷涂显像剂，粘贴标志点，将其置于工作台。使用XTOM进行扫描，自动完成数据拼接。将扫描后的数据与设计模型在GeomagicQualify软件进行对比，设置对应的公差，即可得到相应的检测结果，并输出检测报告。
