随着智能手机的普及，手机玻璃的结构也发生了巨大的变化，2D，2.5D和3D玻璃已经广泛应用于各种型号的手机，丰富人们的生活。手机玻璃每年的出货量都在上亿片，如何高效，精确的检测手机玻璃的加工质量，既是保证产品的加工质量，也是为了保证消费者的使用体验。

使用设备

XTOM-MATRIX 三维光学面扫描系统

测试过程

由于手机玻璃具有透明，反光等特点，因此首先在被测物喷涂显像剂，再将手机玻璃固定在设备转台上，XTOM-MATRIX设备即可自动完成扫描工作，再将扫描结果与CAD模型进行比对，即可完成客户的测量需求，获取尺寸数据以及相应关键点的数据。扫描时长1分钟，检测时长2分钟。
