测量目的汽车零部件的振动变形测量,如车门开启、关闭的变形测量,可以对减振材料进行性能验证、分析振动幅度,检验车门的力学性能。检测方案概述系统测量幅面为1000mmX1000mm,采用两台高分辨率工业相机实时捕捉车门开启、关闭时的图片,通过立体匹配、三维重建,分析车门的振动变形情况。
实验现场
检测流程(1)在车门表面粘贴标志点;(2)对两个高分辨率相机进行标定,获取相机内外参数。(3)车门开启、关闭,两个相机同步采集数据。(4)分析标志点的振动变形。数据分析下图为标志点的位移变形云图,可以清楚观测到不同区域的变形趋势及详细数据,指导理论分析。
