热膨胀系数测量
测量已知热膨胀系数的钛合金材料,600度范围内,比较所测量的高温热膨胀系数验证本文所提出高温检测方法的准确性。与材料手册数据进行对比。
薄板激光加热变形
某客户对40X40mm薄板在激光加热至熔穿过程中表面亮斑区域应变场变化的测试,测试中板材熔穿时表面温度在1400度左右,整个加热时间十几秒。
薄板焊接变形
材料为Q235钢板,底板尺寸为500×400mm,立板尺寸为500×200mm,板厚均为3mm,焊接方法为熔化极惰性气体保护焊,测量焊缝处失稳变形。
高温拉伸测量
某温度下某材料试件拉伸试验,测量试件表面的位移场和应变场。
