测量目的
采用新拓三维XTOM三维扫描仪,测量齿轮在啮合过程中,侧面的变形情况。
检测方案概述
系统测量幅面为400mmX300mm,采用两个工业相机(500万、35帧工业相机),实时捕捉齿轮啮合过程中表面的散斑图案,通过相机标定、立体匹配、三维重建,最终获取物体表面的三维坐标、位移场、应变场等数据。
检测流程
(1)齿轮侧面制备散斑图案。
(2)架设相机位置,标定相机内外参数。
(3)齿轮啮合转动,相机同步采集数据。
(4)数据分析。
