汽车仪表盘三维扫描

案例背景

汽车仪表盘，作为显示汽车行驶过程中各种驾驶参数的功能单元，只有严格加工到位，才能正确安装在驾驶面板上，正确显示汽车行驶过程中的速度，油耗，转速等信息，从而为驾驶员的安全驾驶提供保障。

使用设备

XTOM-MATRIX 三维光学面扫描系统

客户需求

检测仪表盘不同位置的R角，高度，宽度等尺寸信息，以此验证产品的加工精度。

测试过程

图所示为汽车仪表盘模扫描后处理得到的三维数据。该仪表盘表面呈黑色，故对其用显像剂喷涂，利用工作台上的标志点实现扫描过程中的自动拼接。扫描完成后与理论模型进行对比可得到相应的加工偏差。创建截线，分析相关数据。扫描时长3分钟，检测时长4分钟。
